Brief outage due to technical changes at one of our service providers

We are currently experiencing a brief outage due to technical changes at the service provider supporting the storing of annotations. We are currently upgrading Annotation Studio accordingly and should be back up shortly. This outage affects all versions and subdomains of Annotation Studio.

You can still see all your and all public texts but Annotations cannot be displayed or added at this time. None of your annotations made in the past are lost.

Has this issue been fixed? All the annotation my class made have disappeared. Will they come back?

We hope to have a fix available by 11:30 am today. I’ll update the support forum then.
None of your annotations will be lost.
